These terms are a product and legal-review candidate. They do not authorize launch, a charge, or enrollment. Live enrollment remains blocked until the exact document receives DMH/owner and counsel approval and the support, refund, cancellation, password-recovery, transactional-email, tax, and seller-identity operations are approved and tested.

1. Educational product only

Operation ADH provides medical education and board-preparation practice. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision support, or a substitute for independent professional judgment, supervision, official exam materials, institutional policy, or current primary sources. Do not use it for patient care or emergencies, and do not enter patient-identifying or patient-specific information.

2. No outcome guarantee

Access does not guarantee an examination score, board passage, credential, clinical outcome, employment result, or any other result. Content and AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for checking sources and exercising your own judgment.

3. Founding offer

Invitation-only founding membership; maximum 25 seats.
US $39 per month, billed by Stripe; no free tier or trial.
The founding price is intended to remain fixed for 12 months from activation.
Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal once billing is active.
Cancellation is intended to stop renewal; access continues through the already-paid period.

The exact released member case catalog is not yet available in this candidate. No live membership may be sold until the paid delivery route and its included features are released and reconciled to this offer.

4. Seven-day first-payment refund candidate

The launch candidate provides a 7-calendar-day refund window for the first subscription payment. The clock would begin when that first payment is completed. The exact request channel, eligibility handling, access effect, response time, processor timing, and operator receipt are not yet approved or tested. For that reason, live enrollment remains blocked; this paragraph is not a representation that a functioning refund operation already exists.

5. Account access and billing

Keep account credentials private. Automated password recovery and the controlled support intake are not yet active. Do not create a second paid account to work around an access problem. After activation, subscription changes and cancellation are intended to use Stripe's hosted customer portal. Operation ADH does not receive or store full card details.

6. Acceptable use and content

Use the service lawfully and only for your own educational activity. Do not submit private patient information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service integrity, misuse citations, scrape protected case content, or present Operation ADH output as verified patient-care guidance. Product access does not transfer ownership of Operation ADH software, cases, branding, or source materials.

7. Privacy, processors, and communications

See the Privacy page for the candidate data boundaries. The launch architecture uses an identity/database provider and Stripe for hosted billing, subject to final configuration and review. Account email supports authentication, invitation/access, checkout and billing linkage, and required service messages once configured; none of those uses is marketing consent. CRM marketing enrollment and transactional email are not active in this candidate and may not be silently enabled.

8. Changes and approval

Material changes require a successor version. Account creation and checkout must record the exact version a learner accepts; an older acceptance does not silently cover a materially revised document. Seller identity, governing-law, tax, dispute, liability, and final contact clauses remain owner/counsel gates and must be added before these terms can become effective for live enrollment.
